  4. WHEREAS, on June 12, 1995, I, Helen Howard, executed my last will
  5. and testament,  and; 
  6.  
  7. WHEREAS, I made various instructions and bequests, and,  
  8.  
  9. WHEREAS, I desire to add to my will the right of William Creech to
  10. purchase  certain property; 
  11.  
  12. I NOW PUBLISH THIS CODICIL to my last will and testament of June
  13. 12, 1995: 
  14.  
  15. I reaffirm all parts and exhibits of said will, except that, I: 
  16.  
  17. Grant to William Creech the right to purchase the following
  18. property: 
  19.  
  20. see attachment 1 
  21. for a purchase price of $ 12345.67 ( twelve thousand three hundred
  22. forty five & 67/100 dollars) said right to be  exercised within 
  23. 30  days after my death. William Creech shall communicate  
  24. acceptance to the executor named in my will in writing within  
  25. such time frame, and, such notice shall be effective and binding  
  26. on the estate, whether or not such person acts as executor.  
  27. Closing shall take place within 60 days of exercise of the right.
